The ScanIR®3 thermal scanner is designed for a wide variety of noncontact temperature measurement applications, including those in harsh industrial environments. Its robust housing incorporates standard water-cooling and air purge and features built-in laser sighting. A rugged processor box provides universal input and output (I/O) capabilities in the field without the need for an external computer.
The ScanIR3 linescanner and thermal imaging system has one of the fastest scan speeds in the industry and offers complete data about even the highest-speed manufacturing processes. Unlike point sensors that measure a single point, the linescanner measures multiple temperature points across a scan line. Its motorized mirror scans at rates up to 150 lines per second, allowing rapid detection of temperature non-uniformities and hot spots. Rotating optics collect infrared radiation at 1024 points within a 90-degree field of view, and industry-leading optical resolution
Thermal scanner temperature range:20 to 1200°C (68 to 2192°F)
The thermoIMAGER TIM QVGA and TIM VGA cameras are used for stationary thermography tasks where high resolution is required. Due to their high thermal sensitivity, these cameras also detect even the smallest of temperature differences. Both standard lenses and special microscope lenses are available for the TIM QVGA and TIM VGA cameras. The microscope lens enables detailed macro shooting of the smallest of elements. High-resolution macro shooting is possible with a spatial resolution of 28 µm. The distance between the target and the camera varies between 80 mm and 100 mm.
Die Thermografiekamera VarioCAM® HDx head basiert auf einem ungekühlten Mikrobolometer-FPA-Detektor mit (640 × 480) IR-Pixeln. The models of the xiB-64 series with selected Luxima, CMOSIS and GPixel sensors. - The xiB-64 cameras stream images to the host computer via 8 lanes on a PCI Express Gen3 bus, boasting a 64 Gbit/s sustainable transfer rate.
Due to the underlying technology, there is no additional latency and hardly any CPU load. This series does not compromise and is extremely useful where the highest data rates are required, either for simultaneous speed, bit depth, and resolution or for extremely high frame rates. It features high-speed sensors (1.3 Mpix at > 3500 FPS) all the way to ultra high-res sensors with unmatched framerates (65 Mpix at 72 FPS). An integrated 4 GB buffer ensures that no frames are dropped. The cameras can be fully synchronized with their multiple GPIOs.
The active EF lens mount adapter enables the combination with a wide array of superb optics, the use of optical fiber cables allows distances up to 100 m between cameras and host computer without any performance penalty and even 300 m with reductions in frame rate.
